About this scholarship

Open to the most distinguished graduate selected from among recipients of the Copland Prize in the Humanities, Copland Prize in the Social Sciences, Earl of Bessborough Prize, or University of Saskatchewan Film Society Prize.

One medal of varying value is awarded annually at Spring Convocation. Highest cumulative program average on the last 60 credit units is a factor, along with other indicators of academic accomplishment, including reference letters from department or program heads.
