About this scholarship
First-year Ted Rogers School of Business Management students at Toronto Metropolitan University who have a minimum final overall high school average of 70% may apply if, within three years after high school graduation, they have been working, pursuing entrepreneurial efforts, or volunteering locally or abroad, and have an interest in entrepreneurship, retailing, or real estate.
The amount varies.
The award honours Harold Kamin for his entrepreneurial and community spirit. With support from his wife Norma and a former partner, he built Bargain Harold's into a 52-location discount store chain in southwestern Ontario.
