Hamish Kimmins Scholarship in Forest Ecosystem

Graduate students in the UBC Faculty of Forestry focusing their studies at the ecosystem level may be considered, with preference for students engaged in ecosystem-level modelling.

Scholarships are endowed from a fund; award amounts vary.

The awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Forestry in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. There is no separate application.

Friends and colleagues of Dr. Hamish Kimmins established the endowment in recognition of his dedication to forestry education, research, and graduate student mentorship.
