Hajja Razia Sharif Sheikh Scholarship

Muslim U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university studying Islamic Studies or Journalism who are actively engaged in community development work may apply for the Hajja Razia Sharif Sheikh Scholarship administered by ISNA through AwardSpring.

Twenty-six recipients each receive $2,000. Awards are need-based and consider academic performance and community involvement.

Apply online through AwardSpring during the application window. Dr. Hamid Sheikh established this endowment in honor of his mother Hajja Razia Sharif Sheikh, who encouraged each of her children to pursue formal education.
