Guadalupe "Lupe" Gomez Memorial Scholarship

Graduating seniors from any Saginaw County, Michigan high school with a 2.5 to 3.0 GPA who pursue undergraduate, graduate, associate, or career and technical education (part- or full-time) may apply for the Guadalupe "Lupe" Gomez Memorial Scholarship through the Saginaw Community Foundation.

Award amounts vary. Selection weighs work, school, and community involvement (30%), financial need (25%), interview (25%), academic performance (15%), and ACT score (5%).

Apply via the SCF single online application. The scholarship was started by Lupe Gomez's family after her passing in 2009 to support Saginaw County students pursuing higher education.
