About this scholarship
Students pursuing undergraduate degrees or certificate programs at accredited colleges, universities, or trade schools who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement may apply for the GTE Financial Student Scholarship. The existing listing also notes GTE Financial membership and a minimum 2.0 GPA for incoming freshmen or continuing full-time undergraduate or vocational-certificate students.
The annual award is $3,000 and is not renewable. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and required equipment. Previous winners may reapply if they still meet eligibility.
Applications are accepted from February through June. Selected recipients must provide proof of enrollment; funds are sent directly to the institution’s financial aid or bursar’s office.
