Kent County residents attending an accredited Michigan trade school, college, or university with at least a 3.0 GPA may apply.
Awards are up to $5,000.
Apply through the GRCF unified scholarship application, which opens December 1 and closes March 1.

- Personal-statement responses in the GRCF general application
- These four personal statement questions are part of the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) General Application, which covers many of their scholarships including the Reach for Your Goal Scholars
- Each response is limited to no more than 3,000 characters (approximately 500 words).
- Applicants typically also need to submit FAFSA/financial information and transcripts as part of the GRCF general scholarship application.
