About this scholarship
US Cup Tae Kwon Do offers two non-renewable $1,000 scholarships to students actively enrolled in a belt-promotion Tae Kwon Do program who will attend a nonprofit, accredited U.S. college or university. Preference goes to applicants with financial need or ties to New England.
Recipients are chosen on academics, Tae Kwon Do achievement, and character. Submit the official application with your instructor's signature, transcript, one or two letters of reference, and a college acceptance letter if entering as a freshman.
The program honors Grandmaster Moo Yong Lee, a 10th Dan and Tae Kwon Do Hall of Fame inductee who dedicated his life to martial arts and education.
