Graduate Travel and Research Award (TARA)

Full-time Simon Fraser University master's or PhD students (minimum CGPA 3.00) seeking support for research-related travel or direct research expenses. Students cannot hold the award while on a co-op or practicum term, and must be within the first 9 master's terms or 15 PhD terms.

Valued between $200 and $7,000 for one term, depending on expenses and unit budget. Apply or be nominated through the academic unit via the Graduate Awards Application System with a supervisor reference and expense outline. Not all units run a competition.
