Graduate Student Research Travel Award

For Ontario Tech thesis-based master's or doctoral students presenting research from their current degree at an academic or professional conference, under the mentorship of an Ontario Tech faculty member. Preference is given to full-time students and to those who have not previously received this award.

Awards are up to $500 per student, with most awards around $300. The application must be signed by the supervisor and graduate program director and include a presentation abstract and conference acceptance.

The April 30, 2026 deadline covers conferences held between April 1 and September 30, 2026.
