About this scholarship
Incoming U.S. college freshmen majoring in culinary arts or food sciences, including food science, nutritional sciences, hospitality management, and nutrition and dietetics, may apply for the Goya Foods Culinary Arts Scholarship administered by Scholarship America.
Up to four recipients receive $5,000 per year, renewable for up to three additional years, with a $20,000 lifetime maximum. Students at two-year colleges must plan to transfer to a four-year institution to receive the full award.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need and, if selected, complete 10 hours of community service per month. Submit an essay on how Goya has enriched your family traditions along with other required application materials.
