About this scholarship
Women completing a U.S. graduate degree in commercial real estate or related fields (MBA, MSRE, JD, MUPP, etc.) while residing full-time in eligible Midwest or Northeast states may apply. Merit-based awards provide $7,500 per year for up to two years, plus executive mentorship, career development training, and networking.
Funds may cover tuition, course intensives, study abroad, and qualifying programs. Submit a resume, transcripts, three 250-word essays, and two references; interviews may follow.
The Goldie Initiative was founded by commercial real estate broker Goldie B. Wolfe Miller to develop the next generation of women executives in the CRE industry.
