About this scholarship

Women who have maintained legal residence in Massachusetts for at least five years and plan to attend graduate school in nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or nurse anesthetist programs may apply for the GFWC Massachusetts Memorial Education Scholarship for Graduate Studies.

Awards are a minimum of $3,000. The total number of awards varies each year.

Applicants submit the federation's graduate scholarship application by March 1, including a 500-word personal statement on professional goals and financial need, a reference letter from a department chair or recent employer, and participate in an interview if selected as a finalist.
