About this scholarship
Michigan high school seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA who participated in a sport for at least three years may apply for the Get To Foundation Scholarship. Applicants must receive a nomination from their athletic director or a school administrator (principal, vice principal, counselor, or teacher).
Initial awards are $500 and are renewable for up to three additional years, for a maximum total of $2,000. Recipients must attend at least one Get To event annually and participate in the Student Ambassador program.
Applications open October 15 and close February 15. Selected applicants are interviewed between March 1 and March 15, with final decisions announced April 15.
