About this scholarship
Undergraduate or graduate students of documented New Paltz Huguenot descent may apply for one of four Gertrude E. Hasbrouck Memorial Scholarships through Historic Huguenot Street and the Hasbrouck Family Association.
Each award is $5,000. Scholarships are granted annually by the Hasbrouck Family Association based on the applicant pool.
Completed application packets must be received by August 31 and include an application form, two letters of recommendation, a statement of academic and career goals, an official transcript, and a Huguenot ancestry form.

- Two (2) letters of recommendation, sent directly from referees; at least one must be from a college or university professor
- Completed Ancestry Form (required for the Gertrude E. Hasbrouck Memorial Scholarship)
