Graduating seniors from Saginaw United High School or Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy with a minimum 2.5 GPA who plan full-time enrollment and a major in secondary education may apply for the Gene and Shirley Nuckolls Scholarship through the Saginaw Community Foundation.
