About this scholarship

Outstanding minority high school seniors from low-income (Pell-eligible) households with at least a 3.3 GPA may apply for the Gates Scholarship.

This highly selective last-dollar scholarship covers the full cost of attendance not met by other aid and the Student Aid Index. About 300 scholars are selected annually for renewable funding at accredited U.S. four-year colleges.
