Full-time Toronto Metropolitan University students in second or third year with a minimum B- average (CGPA 2.67) and demonstrated financial need may apply. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents and Ontario residents who lived in Ontario at least 12 months before starting full-time studies.
