About this scholarship
Continuing education students at Toronto Metropolitan University registered in a Chang School certificate or part-time undergraduate program who have successfully completed 75% of the certificate or program, demonstrate financial need, and maintain a minimum 3.0 CGPA may apply.

Brigette Chang-Addorisio and Andrew Chang created the award in honour of their father, G. Raymond Chang, TMU's third Chancellor and patron of The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, reflecting his emphasis on access to post-secondary education for working adults.
