Fresh Start Scholarship

Delaware women at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or GED who have had at least a two-year gap in their education and are admitted to an accredited Delaware undergraduate college program may apply. You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a Delaware resident or employed in Delaware for the past 12 months.

Fresh Start awards need-based scholarships for tuition at accredited Delaware colleges. Award amounts vary and will not exceed direct educational expenses.

Complete the full application and submit by May 15. Late or incomplete applications are not accepted.
