Upper-year Law students at the University of Windsor with the highest standing in constitutional law subjects may apply. Eligible courses include Constitutional Law, Canadian Federalism, and Civil Liberties. Candidates must have completed at least one senior-level constitutional law course, with preference for students enrolled in the largest number of senior-level courses in the area.
