About this scholarship

Students graduating from the Primary-Junior stream in Queen's University's Faculty of Education who best demonstrate the qualities of an exemplary primary educator may receive the Frank J. Fowler Award. Selection is based on high academic achievement, outstanding practicum performance, and positive contribution to student life in the Faculty of Education.
