Open to First Nations, Inuit, or Métis students of Canada entering the J.D. program at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law who have demonstrated financial need.

Awards totalling $15,000 are made available annually through a gift from The Honourable Frank Iacobucci and Nancy Iacobucci. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Peter A. Allard School of Law.

The Hon. Frank Iacobucci (B.Com. 1961, LL.B. 1962, LL.D. 1989) served as Dean of Law at the University of Toronto and as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada from 1991. Nancy Iacobucci is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
