Francis D. Lyon Graduate Fellowship

Graduate students enrolled in filmmaking or closely related fields such as theater, drama, writing, or entertainment may apply for the Francis D. Lyon Graduate Fellowship from the Phi Delta Theta Foundation. Phi Delta Theta membership is not required.

One fellowship of $2,500 is awarded annually to a student who demonstrates talent and passion for filmmaking.

Submit a portfolio or documentation of filmmaking experience, graduate enrollment confirmation, and the fellowship application through the Foundation scholarship portal by May 31. The fellowship honors Francis D. Lyon, an Academy Award-winning film editor.
