Fort Worth Football Officials Association Scholarship

Student athletes from the Central North Texas region may be nominated for the Fort Worth Football Officials Association Scholarship. Each school may submit one application. Recipients demonstrate excellence in the classroom, performance on the football field or in support of the team, and leadership in school and community. Financial need and a student statement on the scholarship's impact are also considered. There is no restriction on field of study, and equal consideration is given to students planning a four-year university, junior college, or vocational program.

Award amount varies. Applications are due by May 1 so recipients can be recognized at senior ceremonies; the recipient is announced in early May and recognized at a Fort Worth Football Officials meeting later in the summer.
