About this scholarship
First-generation high school seniors at U.S. high schools from underrepresented communities, with at least a 3.5 weighted GPA and demonstrated financial need, who plan to attend an accredited four-year U.S. institution may apply for the Fontana Transport Inc. Scholars Program. U.S. citizenship is not required. Intended majors include architecture, engineering, environmental design, math, pre-med, psychology, science, Spanish language and literature, or transportation management.
One $5,000 award is granted.
Applicants complete the online application when it opens (typically November) and upload required documents.
