Canadian francophones living in linguistic minority communities outside Quebec may apply to the Fondation Baxter & Alma Ricard for graduate or professional study support. Applicants need a first university degree (or expect to finish it in the current year), strong academics, and clear community leadership potential. Eligible paths include a second bachelor's, master's, doctorate, or professional programs such as MD, JD, PharmD, DDS, or DVM, with no restriction on discipline or language of study.
