Open to SAIT Culinary Arts students in the School of Hospitality and Tourism who are in their third semester, show financial need, and demonstrate academic achievement. Preference goes to students of Italian descent.

One award of $1,850 is offered for the Winter semester. Apply through mySAIT Student Awards and Financial Aid by January 28 each year.
