Flegenheimer Family Scholarship

Saginaw County, Michigan high school seniors with at least a 2.0 GPA who plan to pursue an undergraduate or vocational degree at an accredited Michigan institution may apply. Applicants pursuing Career and Technical Education training may receive preference.

Award amounts vary. Selection weighs financial need (28%), essay quality (37%), recommendations, and community activities; finalists are interviewed.

The scholarship was established in 1998 by Marjorie and Ernest Flegenheimer to give Saginaw County students the opportunity to further their education.
