About this scholarship
PhD students enrolled at accredited U.S. universities who are entering at least their third year with two or more years of study remaining may apply for the Two Sigma PhD Fellowship. Fields include applied mathematics, computer science, finance and econometrics, physics, and statistics.
Recipients receive $75,000 per year for two years toward tuition, fees, and living expenses, plus an additional $10,000 for personal use. Fellows also connect with Two Sigma researchers and mentors.
Apply with a research proposal, academic transcripts, and academic references. References are requested in a second review round.
