About this scholarship
Geological Society of America student members who are undergraduate seniors or graduate students (master's or Ph.D.) conducting desert or arid-land research anywhere in the world may apply. Recipients cannot also receive a GSA Graduate Student Research Grant in the same award period.
Grants are up to $2,500. Applications open December 1 and close February 18.
