Family Member Scholarships

Matriculated U.S. undergraduate or graduate students who are a biological, step, or adopted child or grandchild of a Commissioned Officers Association (COA) USPHS member, or the spouse of a COA member. Award amount varies.

Submit a 500-word essay on academic and career goals and public health, two recommendations, transcripts, an acceptance letter if applicable, and an activities form.
