About this scholarship
U.S. citizen college-bound high school seniors or enrolled college students who survived childhood cancer or a blood disorder diagnosed before age 18 may apply. Two $500 scholarships are awarded annually.
Write a 500-word or longer essay on any topic, submit a doctor's letter documenting your diagnosis on letterhead, and provide school documentation (acceptance letter, transcript, or enrollment verification) in PDF format by May 1.
