About this scholarship
Graduating Washington high school seniors with at least a 2.7 cumulative GPA who plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or trade school and who work, volunteer, or participate in school activities at least 8 hours per month may apply. Twenty recipients each receive $5,000, paid directly toward tuition or books.
Complete one online application at the Washington State Fair Foundation portal; it automatically matches you to all foundation scholarships you qualify for. Submit a transcript and two recommendation letters.
The Washington State Fair Foundation awards scholarships to Washington students pursuing higher education through donor-supported funds.

- Apply through the Washington State Fair Foundation portal.
- Recommendation letters from relatives are not allowed.
