Faculty of Medicine Social Accountability Pre-Med Bursary for Students of Low Socio-Economic Status

Canadian citizens or permanent residents admitted full-time to a direct-entry undergraduate faculty at the University of Ottawa with an 85% or higher admission average, family pre-tax income of $60,000 or less in Grades 11 and 12 (CRA), MD prerequisites planned, and intent to pursue the uOttawa MD program are eligible.

Up to $5,000 per term, renewable for up to seven terms with peer mentoring with an MD Program LSES student. Four awards. Apply through Online Scholarships and Bursaries in uOZone by April 1.
