Faculty of Mathematics Olympiad Scholarship

Incoming first-year students admissible to a University of Waterloo Faculty of Mathematics program (excluding Software Engineering) may apply if they achieved medal standing at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI), European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics (EGOI), International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), or European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO).

Three scholarships of $50,000 are available, paid equally over eight academic terms ($6,250 per term). Recipients must maintain a minimum 80% average and full-time enrolment to receive payments after first year.
