Faculty of Mathematics Graduate Research Excellence Award

Full-time Faculty of Mathematics graduate students, or those registered within the preceding two academic terms, may be nominated for outstanding published research. The nominated paper must be published, accepted, or have passed first-round journal review by January 31 of the selection year.

Nominees may receive up to $5,000. This award recognizes research excellence among graduate students in the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo.
