About this scholarship
Students in any year of the Faculty of Law at Queen's University whose past experience helps bring greater diversity to the student body and to the practice of law may apply for the Dean's Council Diversity Awards. Applicants must show a substantial contribution to diversity-related issues in law school or before attending.
Three awards are available annually; the amount varies. Notice of application is typically announced mid-March, with submissions due to the Faculty of Law Awards Committee by April 30.
The awards were established in November 2003 by the Faculty of Law Dean's Council.
