Exercise For Life Athletic Scholarship

High school seniors or undergraduate students with cystic fibrosis who demonstrate financial need, scholastic ability, athletic ability in running, character, leadership, community service, and daily CF therapy compliance may apply.

The award is a $10,000 grant paid to the academic institution.

Submit an application, training log, physician letter, transcripts, and waiver.
