About this scholarship
University of Guelph students graduating in June, or who graduated in the previous fall or winter convocations, from the Bachelor of Arts major in International Development Studies with a minimum cumulative average of 80% in the previous two years of study may apply. Selection is based on academic excellence and demonstrated service to the community.
One award of $1,000 is available. Apply by letter (no more than two pages) outlining university and off-campus community service activities in Canada and abroad to the GIDS Awards Committee.
