About this scholarship

High school seniors and college freshmen with a strong caddie record (at least two years), excellent academics, demonstrated financial need, and outstanding character may apply for the Evans Scholarship.

Recipients receive full tuition and housing at one of 24 partner universities nationwide. Scholars live together in scholarship houses run by the Evans Scholars Foundation and the Western Golf Association.

Applications open August 1 and are due October 15. Required materials include the CSS Profile, caddie and school evaluations, and transcripts. Finalists participate in an interview.
