Ernest and Charlene Stachowiak Memorial Scholarship

Current college or non-traditional students who reside in Winnebago or Boone County, Illinois and demonstrate financial need, sincerity, high character, and the ability to overcome obstacles may apply for the Ernest and Charlene Stachowiak Memorial Scholarship through the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois.
