About this scholarship

Open to outstanding UBC Vancouver Bachelor of Arts students of Psychology in their graduating year.

Scholarships totalling $500 are made available annually by the Department of Psychology in honour of Dr. Eric Eich; individual award amounts vary. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Department of Psychology. There is no separate student application.

Dr. Eich is a former Department Head, Distinguished University Scholar, and Professor Emeritus who has received numerous awards for his contributions to research and teaching. He served on the National Academy of Science's Committee on Techniques for Enhancement of Human Performance.
