Ennis Award in Medicine for Breast Cancer Treatment

Open to outstanding medical residents focusing on breast cancer research or treatment.

The award amount varies. It is endowed by an estate gift from Dr. Jeffrey H. Ennis.

Recipients are chosen on the recommendation of the Department of Surgery. There is no separate application.

Dr. Ennis was a psychiatrist and Clinical Assistant Professor at McMaster University who founded the Ennis Centre for Pain Management before joining UBC's Department of Psychiatry.
