About this scholarship

High school seniors at Woodford County High School or Fayette County Public Schools in Kentucky with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and significant financial need may apply for the Emma E. Buckley Scholarship through the Blue Grass Community Foundation.

Recipients receive $2,500 per year, renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study. Preference goes to first-generation college students.

Apply through the foundation scholarship portal. The fund was established in honor of Emma E. Buckley, a long-time Kentucky philanthropist.
