Ellen and Petrus Berg Family Bar None Award

University of Alberta students with satisfactory academic standing entering fourth year of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural/Food Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Animal Health, or Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences may qualify. Recipients must have achieved a GPA of at least 3.0 on a minimum of 24 credits over the most recent September-to-April period and have been Alberta residents for at least the last five years.

One award of $4,750 is granted annually, selected on leadership demonstrated through extracurricular and community involvement, with preference for financial need.

Students already receiving another Bar None Scholarship or Award in the same year are ineligible.
