Elizabeth C. Watters Research Fellowship

Graduate and postgraduate students in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC Vancouver who are engaged in research into the causes, treatment and cure of lymphatic cancer are eligible for these fellowships. Fellowships totalling $25,000 are distributed among recipients; individual award amounts vary. There is no student application; awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Medicine, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. The fellowships are funded through an endowment established by the Estate of John Imrie Watters and honour his wife, Elizabeth Watters.
