About this scholarship
Garland ISD graduating seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA and a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA in bilingual or ESL classes who participated in bilingual studies or ESL may apply through Communities Foundation of Texas.
One award up to $2,000 covers tuition, fees, and books at any accredited U.S. college. Submit FAFSA documentation, an essay, and two recommendations.
