About this scholarship
The Executive Leadership Council, the preeminent member organization for Black corporate executives, awards two-year, need-based scholarships of $10,000 per year to high-performing Black college students. Applicants must be U.S. citizens residing in and attending school in the U.S., currently enrolled at an accredited four-year institution or HBCU (rising sophomores and above; community college students accepted to a four-year college may also apply), hold at least a 2.8 GPA, and be eligible for financial aid per the FAFSA.
Recipients are also invited to the ELC Honors Symposium, a multi-day professional development program with mentoring, internship, and networking opportunities with ELC members and their companies.
Applications for the 2026 cycle ran January 22 through March 1, 2026; the program runs annually.
