About this scholarship
U.S. citizens within 300 miles of St. Louis whose lives are affected by multiple sclerosis, directly or through a family member, may apply. Full-time enrollment of at least 12 credits at an accredited U.S. college, university, or vocational school is required.
Several awards up to $1,000 are granted based on financial need, academics, and MS impact. Submit a 500-word essay and two reference letters with your application.

- 500-word maximum personal essay about the impact of multiple sclerosis
- Completed/signed application form (parent/guardian signature required if under 18)
- Complete official transcript of grades (grade reports not acceptable; must show student name, school name, grade, and credit hours per course/term)
- (2) letters of reference
- U.S. citizen enrolled/planning to enroll at an accredited U.S. 2- or 4-year college, university, vocational or technical school
- Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester; minimum 2 years duration of study to qualify
- Must reside within a 300-mile radius of St. Louis, MO
- Personal relationship to Multiple Sclerosis (self, spouse/partner, parent, child, sibling, or other)
- All items must be mailed together, unstapled, in a single mailing (or single email with $10 donation to cover processing if emailed)
- Application deadline: April 30, 2026 (applications accepted Nov 1 - Apr 30)
- A parent or guardian signature is required for applicants under 18.
- Application materials must be sent together in one unstapled mailing; email submission requires a $10 processing donation.
